This policy works together with our Cookie Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or IP address.

  • Orders and payments. When you buy a service, we collect your billing details, the services you purchased, and your order history. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Your account. If you create an account or sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address, and we keep your order history in your account.
  • Project materials. To complete your project, you may share logos, photos, text, brand guidelines, and other content. For website support, you may also share login details for your website, hosting, or domain accounts.

We may receive information from Google when you use Sign in with Google, from our payment processor about the status of your payment, from advertising and analytics partners about how you found our website, and from agencies that send us work on behalf of their clients.

3. How We Use Your Information

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes, and we do not use it in ways that are incompatible with them.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, Stripe for payments, Google for sign in, analytics, and advertising, Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings, CloudFilt for security, and our email and messaging tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our services. Website usage data is captured using first and third party cookies and other tracking technologies. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Project partners such as domain registrars, hosting providers, printers, and plugin or font vendors, when your project requires it or you ask us to work with them.
  • Agency partners, when you are the client of an agency that hired us for white label work.
  • Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged, or transferred. Any new owner must continue to protect your information as described in this policy.

Some advertising and analytics cookies may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws. You can opt out at any time as described in Sections 9 and 11.

5. Your Project Files and Portfolio

We treat the materials and login details you share with us as confidential and use them only to complete your project. We recommend changing any passwords you shared with us once the work is finished.

When a project is complete, we may show the final design in our portfolio, case studies, or social media. If you would prefer that we do not, just let us know. We never show white label work or work covered by a confidentiality agreement without your permission.

6. Reviews and Testimonials

We only publish a review or testimonial on our website or social media with your permission. Published reviews may include your name, business name, and photo or logo, and may be visible to anyone. You can ask us to remove your testimonial at any time.

You can change your choices at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of our website.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing cookies for that browser. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. For details, please see our Cookie Policy.

10. How We Protect and Keep Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards, such as secure connections, trusted payment providers, and limited access, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. For example, we keep project files for a reasonable time so we can help with future updates, and we keep invoices and payment records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
