We’ll review the requested changes and let you know whether they can be completed within the current scope or require a separate quote.

Ongoing support is designed for businesses that regularly need website updates, graphic design, marketing materials, content changes, troubleshooting, or other creative assistance without starting a new project each time.

Depending on your selected plan, support may include:

  • Image replacements
  • Layout adjustments
  • Marketing materials
  • Forms and website updates
  • Responsive fixes

We review your task list, confirm priorities, schedule the work, complete the approved tasks, and send the updates back to you for review.

Submit your requests through our Submit Request Form.

Include the task details, content, files, links, references, and priority whenever possible so we can review, prioritize, and schedule your work efficiently.

Requests are reviewed and scheduled based on priority, complexity, dependencies, request volume, and your selected support plan.

Most ongoing design and website support requests are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on complexity, plan level, request volume, and priority.

Larger or multi-step requests may require additional time.

Yes. You may cancel your monthly support plan before your next billing cycle.

Your current plan will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Unused time or requests generally do not roll over to the next billing period unless your specific plan states otherwise.

This helps keep scheduling and monthly workload predictable.

Start by submitting your project request with the service you need, your goals, timeline, content, and any available reference materials.

We’ll review your request and follow up with the recommended scope, pricing, timeline, and next steps.

Depending on the project, we may need:

  • Written content
  • Logo and brand assets
  • Images
  • Design references
  • Dimensions or specifications
  • Website access
  • Hosting information
  • Product information
  • Technical requirements
  • Other relevant project materials

Email or other communication channels may also be used when appropriate.

For most website and graphic design projects, the initial design concept is typically provided within about 3 business days after the deposit is received and all required content and project materials have been submitted.

More complex projects may require additional time, which will be confirmed before work begins.

You can typically expect a response within one business day, with many messages answered sooner.

For active projects, you’ll also receive updates at key stages so you know where the project stands.
