How long does it take to receive my reward?
For referrals, rewards are processed within 48 hours after your referred friend completes their first purchase. Review and testimonial rewards are typically processed within 24-48 hours after submission and verification.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There is no limit to how many people you can refer. However, there is a maximum of 10 successful referrals per month that will qualify for rewards. This limit resets at the beginning of each month.
What makes a review or testimonial eligible for rewards?
To be eligible, reviews must be verified and include at least 3-4 sentences about your experience. For Google reviews, you must provide a screenshot showing your review. Testimonials should be detailed (minimum 100 characters) and authentic. We reserve the right to reject submissions that appear fraudulent or don’t meet our guidelines.
How do I track my referral rewards?
You can track all your rewards in your account dashboard under the “Rewards” tab. This shows your referral history, pending rewards, and total earnings. You’ll also receive email notifications when your rewards are processed.
Do rewards expire?
Yes, rewards do have an expiration date. Discount codes and store credits expire 6 months from the date of issue. Gift cards follow the issuing retailer’s expiration policy. We’ll send you reminders before your rewards expire.
