We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation and refund process as simple as possible.

Our refund policy applies to design services purchased through TikTok Design. Because we provide digital and customized creative work, refunds follow the guidelines below for non-activated and activated projects.

Please note:

Refund policy for Non-Active project:

A project is considered non-activated when no design work has started.

1. If you request to cancel within 3 business days of your deposit, you’ll receive a full refund.
2. If you request to cancel after 3 business days, you may choose one of the following:

• Apply 100% of your deposit toward another project.
• Receive a 50% refund, with the remaining balance forfeited.

Refund policy for Active Project:

If you have made a deposit purchase for a project that has been activated, you may cancel it at any time and are not obligated to make any further payment. If you cancel the project you will forfeit all work product and will not receive a refund of any portion of the deposit.

General Conditions

• Refunds are only available to the original client who purchased the service. Refunds cannot be issued to design firms or anyone ordering on behalf of another party.

• If you request revisions or additional concepts on any initial presentation, the project is considered activated, and refund eligibility ends.

• If we send updates or previews and you don’t respond within 5 business days, refunds are no longer available.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at support@tiktokdesign.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You will be liable for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
