Credits are time-based units where 1 credit equals 15 minutes of support. You can use credits for various tasks including development, consultation, troubleshooting, and project management. Credits are deducted based on actual time spent on your tasks.
Support Credits are for comprehensive assistance including graphic design tasks, detailed consultation, and project work. Free Credits are for quick questions, basic guidance, and simple troubleshooting that typically take less time to resolve.
Unused credits roll into the next month and stay active based on your plan:
• Launch: 30 days
• Power: 60 days
• Pro: 90 days
Monthly credits are used first, and any rollover or extra credits that aren’t used within their window simply expire. This gives you flexibility to save credits for larger tasks or upcoming projects.
You can purchase additional credits at any time at your plan’s rate: Core (graphic support: $18.75/ credit, web support: $25/ credit), Launch ($15/credit), Power ($13.75/credit), or Pro ($12.5/credit). Additional credits follow the same rollover rules as your plan credits and can be used immediately.
Each request uses a 4-credit minimum (1 hour). This covers reviewing your request, setting up files, making updates, light revisions, and delivering final files. Larger tasks will use more credits depending on scope.
We provide 24/7 support with an average response time of less than 2 minutes for critical issues. Standard requests are typically addressed within 15 minutes during business hours and within 1 hour outside business hours.

Unused Within 30 Days
